PHOTO EXHIBIT COMES TO STUBNITZ GALLERY posted 8/21/03

An exciting new photography exhibit is scheduled in Stubnitz Gallery Aug. 25 through Sept. 20.

“Bridges” will consist of the work of three celebrated photographers: Robert Clarke-Davis, Patrick Nagatani, and Jocelyn Nevel. Clarke-Davis is currently associate professor of photography at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Nagatani and Nevel are on the photography faculty at the University of New Mexico.

Clarke-Davis is scheduled to present a slide talk at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 8 in Room 8 of Mahan Hall. Mahan is located on Williams Street.

Stubnitz is located in Downs Hall on Madison Street. Hours are noon to 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 9 p.m. on Thursday. For more information, contact gallery director Brian Steele at 517-264-3902.
