CHURCH CHOIRS COMBINE FOR ONE CONCERT AT ADRIAN
AC senior puts together entire event, and directs choir posted 9/29/04

The Religious Life Council of Adrian College presents “A Night of Praise, Worship and Scripture,” a collaboration between the choirs of several area churches. It is scheduled on Oct. 1 at 7 p.m. in Dawson Auditorium, and is free and open to the public.

Churches involved in the concert include the Adrian Church of God, Bethany Assembly of God, Calvary Baptist Church, Christ Temple Ministries, Jesus is Lord Ministries, Crossroads Community Church and Trenton Hills United Brethren Church. Choir members from each of these churches have formed one choir under the direction of Sidael Martinez, a senior at Adrian College who put together the entire event.

The purpose of the event is to unite churches through praise and worship music, and to introduce local churches to area college students. It is a part of Religious Awareness Week at Adrian College.
