ADRIAN, MI – See Adrian College from a new perspective- through the camera lens! AC is excited to announce the addition of an interactive way to show off its best assets- and your photographic skills. Grab your camera and call your friends and your photo could be featured on AC’s Homepage or in a future promotional campaign.
Beginning Friday, September 10, 2011 check out the Adrian College homepage at www.adrian.edu to see photos submitted by our students, faculty, staff, parents, alumni, and friends. Continue to check back every Friday for new submissions showing off our campus culture.
Think AC has Drive? Confidence? Moxie? Determination? Embrace the Adrian College spirit- send us your distinctive photos of campus life that best depicts AC from landscape to people, events and activities, or even an artistic view or a candid shot. Our team will review all submissions and select the photos that best capture the campus culture each Friday. If your photo is selected, you will be entered into a drawing to win great prizes or AC gear!
To be considered, photo submissions must meet the following criteria:
- Photo must be awesome.
- Photo must be horizontal — not vertical — to work with homepage layout.
- Photo must be a minimum of 1,700 pixels wide.
- Photo must be of JPEG format (.jpg, .jpeg).
- Please provide a caption.
- Please provide the names of any individuals in the photo.
Cellphone photos and small photos that have been blown up generally do not work well on the homepage. When submitting a photo you are verifying that you have the rights to submit the photo for consideration, and have received permission to do so from those featured in the photo. You also agree to allow Adrian College to use the photo in future publications, banners, social networking sites, and other promotional tools. To submit your entry, e-mail your photo to photos@adrian.edu. There is no limit to the number of individual submissions.
