CHRISTMAS PLANETARIUM SHOWS SCHEDULED posted 11/18/02

The "Season of Light" planetarium show has arrived at Adrian College's Robinson Planetarium in plenty of time for Christmas.

Take a journey around the world to learn about the many endearing holiday celebrations that light up the winter season. The pre-recorded show is narrated by Noah Adams, host of NPR's "All Things Considered." This fun and educational event is ideal to share with school groups, friends and family. It is free and open to the public.

The shows are scheduled at 7 p.m. on the following dates: Sunday, Dec. 1, Wednesday, Dec. 4, Friday, Dec. 6 and Monday, Dec. 9. To schedule additional shows for school groups, call earth science professor Sarah Hanson at 517-264-3944.
