is currently offering two planetarium shows, "Season
of Light," and "What's
Up in the Sky Tonight?" Read on!
'SEASON OF
LIGHT' PLANNED AT PLANETARIUM posted

The Robinson Planetarium at Adrian
College is proud to present the "Season of Light."
This pre-recorded planetarium show,
narrated by Noah Adams, will take you on a journey around
the world to learn about the many endearing holiday
celebrations that light up the winter season.
All shows are free and open to the
public. They are scheduled at 7 p.m. on the following
dates: Thursday, Dec. 1, Saturday, Dec.10, and Sunday
Dec. 11. During the Saturday show, the Adrian College
Geology Club will be hosting a Christmas party and fund
raiser in the planetarium. Cookies and ornaments can
be purchased from Santa's elves that evening.
The planetarium is located in Peelle
Hall at the corner of Charles and Williams streets.

‘WHAT’S UP IN THE SKY TONIGHT?’ posted

The Robinson Planetarium at Adrian
College presents “What’s Up in the Sky Tonight?”
This live discussion about the night
sky will feature the bright stars, planets, and constellations
of the current sky. Many bright stars and some interesting
telescope objects can be found at this time of year.
Mars is especially obvious this year, while other planets
are found in the morning and evening sky. The Sun dips
further to the south each day.
The show is free and open to the public.
It is scheduled at 7 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 16. Other
shows took place Nov. 18 and Dec. 2.
The planetarium is located in Peelle
Hall at the corner of Charles and Williams streets.
