UPCOMING SHOWS AT ROBINSON PLANETARIUM updated 3/25/03

Music Under the Stars
Featuring AC music instructor Andrew Schiller on acoustic guitar
Thursday, March 13, 7 p.m.

Under the winter constellations, Schiller will perform selections from Spain’s most famous acoustic guitar composers, as well as his original pieces in Spanish style.

Coming in late March and April:

Larry Cat in Space

Robinson Planetarium will present "Larry Cat in Space" on Thursday, April 10, Saturday, April 12, Wednesday, April 16, Monday, April 21, and Tuesday, April 22 at 7 p.m. each day. The show is free and open to the public.

This animated show tells the story of Larry Cat, who follows his owner Diane, a moon geologist, into space. The show is targeted primarily at children in grades 1-3, but is a fun and entertaining story for the whole family.

Stars of Spring

Robinson Planetarium will present "Stars of Spring" on Thursday, March 27, Wednesday, April 9, Friday, April 26, and Friday, May 16 at 7 p.m. each day. The show is free and open to the public.

This live presentation will give audience members a chance to see and learn about the constellations in the spring sky, which are the most challenging of the entire year to find. The Big Dipper will be used to help find two of the three brightest stars and their constellations.
