'COWBOY ASTRONOMER' PLANNED AT PLANETARIUM posted 10/22/03

The Robinson Planetarium at Adrian College proudly presents "Cowboy Astronomer."

Have you ever imagined yourself a cattle rancher in the Wild West where the canopy of stars at night seems endless? Learn about the wonders of the night sky from the perspective of a cowboy astronomer as he shares facts and lore that he has accumulated from a lifetime on the ranch.

Cowboy humorist Baxter Black narrates the pre-recorded soundtrack for the show.

The free shows are scheduled at 7 p.m. on the following dates:
Saturday, Oct. 25
Wednesday, Nov. 5
Saturday, Nov. 8
Wednesday, Nov. 19
Thursday, Nov. 20
Sunday, Nov. 23
