ADRIAN COLLEGE PRESENTS WINTER BAND CONCERT posted 11/29/05

The Adrian College Concert Band and Jazz Band will take to the stage to present their Winter Band Concert on Saturday, Dec. 3 at 4:30 p.m. in Dawson Auditorium. The program will begin with holiday favorites like “Christmas Time is Here,” and “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas.” Also on the jazz band program are favorite tunes like “Round Midnight” and “Blues for Dave,” which features many members of the band as soloists.

The Concert Band will play “Florentine March,” “Ye Banks and Braes O’ Bonnie Doon,” “Of Dark Lords and Ancient Kings,” the Leroy Anderson “Christmas Festival,” and an arrangement of “I Wonder as I Wander,” which features student conductor Fallon Steele.

Admission and parking are free. Dawson Auditorium is located off of Charles Street on campus.
