STUDENTS PRESENT '50
YEARS OF MUSICAL THEATRE' posted

Adrian College presents "50 Years
of Musical Theatre," performed by students of the
spring Musical Theatre Workshop course. It is scheduled
at 7 p.m. on April 21 in Dawson Auditorium.
In addition to ensemble works from
"Bye, Bye Birdie" and "Rent," students
will perform songs from "Parade" and the latest
blockbuster "Wicked."
Also featured on the program will
be individual performances called the 16-bar cut. This
song style is used in New York cattle-call auditions
and will be a special feature of the performance. Other
highlights will include music from "Kiss Me Kate,"
"Into the Woods," "Romance, Romance,"
"Guys and Dolls," "Children of Eden,"
and "She Loves Me."
This performance is free and open
