Look to the Stars and Beyond at Robinson Planetarium posted 1/26/12
Adrian College astronomers program to feature bright stars, planets and constellations.

ADRIAN, Mich. –Adrian College’s resident astronomers program will look to the winter constellations and their folklore, featuring bright stars, planets, interesting telescope objects, and constellations. These shows, which are open to the public, are featured in Adrian College’s Robinson Planetarium & Observatory. Join the campus community, as it looks at the skies with its rich and imaginative folklore.

These programs are scheduled for the following dates (Friday): February 3, 10, 17, 24. All shows begin at 7 P.M. and admission is free.

The planetarium is located in the Northeast corner of Peelle Hall at the corner of Charles and Williams Streets on the Adrian College Campus.  Group reservations are available and can be arranged by contacting resident astronomer Mark Fairclough at (517) 265-5161 ext. 4788 or via e-mail at mfairclough@adrian.edu.
