PATROL ADRIAN FOR HALLOWEEN
ADRIAN, Mich.—Adrian College
athletes are helping to patrol Adrian during the city’s
trick or treat hours. Approximately 50 Adrian College
students will split up into teams of two and three to
walk various neighborhoods.
Along
the way, they’ll lend a helping hand to neighborhood
children – whether it’s aiding someone who
is lost, or guiding someone across the street.
The patrol is a community service
project by the Student Athlete Advisory Committee. The
board consists of members from each of the College’s
athletic teams. It has two purposes: to form a link
between student athletes and the athletic administration,
and to serve as a vehicle for community service projects.
The students will be wearing yellow
T-shirts that say “Adrian College Athletics Trick-or-Treat
Patrol.” |
