"The Right to Dissent"
The central figure is John Wycliffe (?-1384
A.D.) Archbishop of Canterbury, teacher, dissenter. He stands sending
out the Lollards.
At the upper part of the window is a chalice, the grapes and wafers, symbolizing
his dissent against The Church's teaching about The Lord's Supper.
At the lower part of the window is the open Bible with broken chains,
symbolizing the Bible he caused to have translated for the people.
