A trip back to 1953...
According to Contact, Adrian College was mentioned in the January, 1953 Mademoiselle article “Where Do the Top Students Go?” The College World reports that the class for preparation in marriage and family living is having a series of four open meetings dealing with the various aspects of courtship and marriage. The purpose is to promote a better understanding of some of the fundamental problems and opportunities of courtship and marriage. Also in the College World: At the corner of College and Madison, opposite the Tobias house, stands the Adrian College gas station operated by Mr. Harlan L. Keran.
