ADRIAN COLLEGE THEATRE PRESENTS "CLOUD 9" posted 4/1/03

The Adrian College Theatre Department will present "Cloud 9" April 10, 11, and 12. The show will begin in Downs Hall at 8 p.m. each day, with an extra show at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 12.

"Cloud 9," set in Victorian Africa and contemporary England, is a thought-provoking yet entertaining look at the relations between sex, power, and politics. The ideas of social acceptance and sexual repression are challenged in the play through the use of racial and gender cross-casting.

Tickets for the show are $5 for the general public and $3 for seniors. Downs Hall is located on the Adrian College campus. For more information, call the Adrian College Theatre Department at 517-264-3922.
