HOSTS CHORAL FESTIVAL
ADRIAN, Mich. – The Adrian College
Music Department will host its seventh Annual Invitational
Choral Festival in the Adrian College Chapel, on Sunday,
Oct. 22 beginning at 3 p.m.
This free concert will feature choirs
from Adrian High School, Bedford High School, Tecumseh
High School and Warren Woods Tower High School, in addition
to the choirs of Adrian College.
This year’s clinician is Dr.
Julie Skadsem, associate professor of music education
at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
At the choral festival you will have
the opportunity to listen to each of the choir’s
performances and then watch Dr. Skadsem work with each
group to improve their performances.
This concert will feature some
of the best high school choirs in our area, and is free
and open to the public. Doors will open at 2:45 p.m.
The chapel is located off of Charles Street on the Adrian
College campus
