Nichole Roose is one of eight new hires

ADRIAN, Mich. – Adrian College alumna Nichole Roose has been appointed to full-time Project Coordinator of Consumer Products at Gongos Research and is one of eight new hires.

Roose is a recent graduate of Adrian College. She received her degree in business administration with a concentration in management in April.

Gongos Research announced in a press release that the company’s revenue and project growth in 2007 led to implementing a company-wide effort to energize its 2008 recruiting objectives. Gongos employees played an active role in the recruitment process. The company promoted university relations and offered generous referral incentives as well as encouraged their members to be creative. This fostered a sense of involvement and ownership throughout the company during the recruiting process.

The collective efforts resulted in the hiring of employees both in- and outside the state of Michigan. Gongos brought in eight new employees and promoted three existing members.

Gongos Research, located in Auburn Hills, is a custom marketing research company that blends strategic thinking, top talent, and breakthrough technologies and software to enhance and advance products and services across various industries. Since 1991, they have worked with leading companies including Best Buy, Hallmark Cards, Domino’s Pizza, GM and OnStar.

Roose is a graduate of Lutheran North High School in Macomb, Mich. and is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mark C. Roose of Utica.
