Institute for Entrepreneurial Studies offers training for business owners.

Adrian College, South Central Michigan Works, and Lenawee Economic Development Corporation is sponsoring a three day entrepreneurial training conference July 20-22, 2010.

The courses, taught by Adrian College faculty and local business leaders, will help business owners identify and understand key issues, and find new tools to help run a better business.

Participants in the program will have the opportunity to meet with mentors, develop further networking opportunities, and work one-on-one with the faculty.

The sessions will include:

• Evaluating your strengths and weaknesses
• Is growth a viable option for you in today’s economy?
• How to assess your business growth potential
• How to research and analyze the market
• Financial forecasting and budgeting
• Business Plan Development

Cost to attend is $100 per person and includes the cost of meals all three days (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
