British Poet to Read at Adrian College posted 5/17/10

ADRIAN, MICH. - Dr. Paul Hardwick, reader in English at Leeds Trinity University College, will read his poetry at Adrian College on Thursday, May 20, at 8 P.M. in Rush Hall on the College’s campus.  The session will be followed by Q&A.

Hardwick has published three books of poems including “The Kind Ghosts”, “Carrying Fire”, and “The Lost Songs” and his work has been included in several anthologies. In addition to his work as a poet, Hardwick is also a photographer and a musician, and writes frequently for music magazines. He has read his work in the UK, Europe, and in the US.

His visit will be a unique opportunity to hear a distinguished poet in Adrian. The event is free and open to the public.
