Adrian College/LCVA Presents Summer Youth Art Camp 2009: Aqua Art posted 5/7/09
Camp starts July 13 for all students in grades one thru eight

ADRIAN, Mich. - The Youth Art Program will use water to create art, study and create things that inhabit water, and look at art where water is the subject matter. A wide variety of mediums and techniques will be used to explore the theme of water including clay, print, sculpture, jewelry, paint, and collage.

Grades one thru four will meet 9am-noon and grades five thru eight from 1-4pm. Classes will be held July 13-17 on the Adrian College campus at the art department located in Mahan Hall on Williams St.

Students will have classes under a large tent on the west side of Mahan. The program will be taught by certified art teachers, Annie Morton Howard and Jackie Whiteley. The cost is $70.00 and includes all supplies. Registration is through the Department of Conferences, Adrian College, 110 S Madison St. Adrian, MI 49221.
