Hosts Third Annual ‘Rock The Cure’ Concert

ADRIAN, Mich. – The Beta Nu
chapter of Phi Kappa Sigma Fraternity will present the
third annual “Rock the Cure” benefit concert
Saturday, April 14 starting at 2 p.m. The concert is
scheduled at Dawson Auditorium. All proceeds from the
concert will be donated to the Leukemia & Lymphoma
Society.
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society
is the world's largest voluntary health organization
dedicated to funding blood cancer research, education
and patient services. The society's mission is to cure
leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and
improve the quality of life of patients and their families.
Since its founding in 1949, the society has invested
more than $483 million for research specifically targeting
blood cancers.
The concert is open to the public.
There will be a presale of T-shirts for this event around
the community and on the Adrian College campus. The
price will be $5 a shirt and will count as your ticket
in. Tickets will also be sold at the door for $10. For
