Musician Kathy Kosins to visit Adrian College
Jazz singer will speak at convocation

ADRIAN, Mich. – Adrian College welcomes jazz performer Kathy Kosins on Wednesday, Jan. 23 in Dawson Auditorium at 12PM.

A serious musician from Detroit, Kosins began singing and arranging background vocals for producer Don Was in the early eighties, acquiring over 35 credits to her name. Kosins is known for her critically acclaimed voice and eclectic palette and was the recipient of the 2001 Michigan Council of the Arts/Artserve Michigan Jazz Composers Awards. In addition, she is a six-time ASCAP Award winning songwriter and jazz educator.

Dawson Auditorium is located off of Charles Street on the Adrian College campus. This event is free and open to the public.
