Robinson Planetarium Presents "400 Years of the Telescope" posted 11/17/09
Public invited to attend shows the day after Thanksgiving

ADRIAN, Mich. - The Robinson Planetarium at Adrian College presents “400 Years of the Telescope” on Friday, Nov.27 at 3 P.M. in Peelle Hall. This program is intended for an audience 10 years old and older.

“400 Years of the Telescope” is a PBS documentary that will run for about three hours with viewing breaks. The production is about the 400th anniversary of the invention of the telescope.

The Robinson Planetarium will also be presenting a program at 7 P.M. entitled “Things that go Bump in the Night in our Autumn Skies.” This is a family oriented astronomy program that is designed to interest the young and old alike.

Both events are free and open to the public.
