‘RECYCLED PERCUSSION’
TO PERFORM AT DAWSON AUDITORIUM
DECEMBER 1, 2006
ADRIAN, Mich. – Recycled
Percussion will perform for their “Rock Your
Junk” tour on Friday, Dec. 1 at 8 p.m.
This concert is open to the public,
and tickets are now on sale. They can be purchased
through the Student Life Center at (517) 264-3811.
Tickets are $20 at presale and $25 at the door. Doors
will open at 7:30 p.m. The concert will be held in
Dawson Auditorium, located off of Charles Street on
the Adrian College Campus.

ADRIAN COLLEGE WINTER BAND CONCERT
DECEMBER 2, 2006
ADRIAN, Mich. --The Adrian College
Concert Band and Jazz Band will present their Winter
Band Concert on Saturday, Dec. 2 at 3:00 p.m. in Dawson
Auditorium. The Jazz Ensemble will perform “Bye
Bye Blackbird,” “Beyond the Sea”
(Featuring vocalist Amy Rader), and an arrangement
of “Greensleeves” for the holiday.
The Concert Band will play “Procession
of the Nobles,” and holiday favorites, including
a new arrangements of “Away in a Manger,”
which features student conductor Kim Ferguson, “March
of the Toys,” and “A Christmas Celebration,”
a medley that includes “I Saw Three Ships, “Bring
a Torch Isabells,” “Lo How a Rose E’
er Blooming,” and “The March of the Three
Kings.”
This concert is free and open to the public.

ADRIAN, Mich. --Please join in celebrating
the Christmas season at the annual "Service of
Lessons and Carols," on Sunday, Dec. 3 at 7:30
p.m. in the Adrian College Chapel.
This service is an annual tradition
at Adrian College. All the college choirs and ensembles
will perform. The moving service includes choral and
instrumental pieces, biblical narrative and congregational
carols.
The service is free and open to
the public. Immediately following the service, the
community is invited to the Festival of Lights reception.
The service is sponsored by the
Chaplain's Office and the Music Department. For more

‘LEND ME A TENOR’
DECEMBER 7-9, 2006
ADRIAN, Mich. –Adrian College
invites the community to the theater department’s
showing of “Lend Me a Tenor” on Dec. 7-9
in Downs Hall Theatre.
When this madcap farce was first
presented, it created a sensation in both New York
and London and has been leaving audiences teary eyed
with laughter in theatres all over the country for
years now. It involves madcap goings on back stage
at an opera performance with two tenors in identical
costumes and women in lingerie chasing them.
Downs Hall Theatre is located
in Downs Hall on Madison Street. Tickets will be $7
for the general public and $5 for seniors. For further
