Godspell Opens this Week posted 10/18/10
Adrian College presents musical based on the gospel of St. Matthew

ADRIAN, Mich. - The theatre department at Adrian College presents a special musical treat for Family Weekend, the always popular musical retelling of the gospel according to St. Matthew, “Godspell.” Performances are October 21, 22 and 23, 2010.

Conceived and originally directed by John-Michael Tebelak with music and new lyrics by Stephen Schwartz. The play was originally produced on the New York Stage by Edgar Lansbury, Stuart Duncan, and Joseph Beruh and directed by Sue Smith.

This production will play in Dawson Auditorium with Thursday and Friday performances at 8:00pm and Saturday’s performance at 2:00pm. Tickets prices are $12 for the general public and $8 for students, seniors and Adrian College staff.

Dawson Auditorium is located off of Charles Street on the Adrian College campus.
