Equestrian Team Does Well at First Meet posted 10/6/10

ADRIAN, Mich. - This past weekend marked the beginning of the Adrian College Equestrian Team’s season. The team traveled to Grand Valley State University’s Kentree Stables in Ada, Mich. on Sunday, Oct. 3.

Overall the group was very successful, accumulating a total of 23 points. 

Juniors Laura Thompson and Colleen Tekamp led the team in points as they both placed first in their respective equitation classes, earning seven points each for the team.

The next meet is October 9 at Western Michigan University’s Lou Don Farms.
