Some of the library's magazines, newspapers and journals are available in a microformat rather than in traditional paper format. The library's collection of both microfilm and microfiche is stored in a single large cabinet here and is arranged alphabetically by the title of the periodical. |
| A highlight of this collection is the New York Times, which the library has on microfilm from 1851 to the present. Machines for viewing and printing from microformats are also at this location. |  |
