Call Manager Install

College IS department runs a ShoreTel Voice-over-IP
(VOIP) phone system. This system has provided
cost savings and a friendly user interface for
phone usage. Directories are available at your
finger tips ad full call control and phone control
via ShoreTel's software (Call Manager). If you
are on campus, please follow the tutorial above
for installation!
Residence halls are also on our ShoreTel phone
system, but they can use analog phones to connect
to the phone jack in their room. ShoreTel provides
excellent 911 coverage - allowing the safety
desk to see exactly where a 911 call is coming
from on campus to provide even faster response
to emergency situations. It is highly recommended
that all students should bring a cheap analog
phone with them to college to make on campus
calls and for emergency situations!
