MAY
TOUR 2008 ANNOUNCED
Come travel with Adrian
College May 2008 as we explore the glory of Greece
and the grandeur of Rome! Join students, faculty,
family, and friends as we spend 13 days touring sunny
Italy and Greece. Highlights of the tour include the
Sistine Chapel, St. Peter’s, the Roman Forum,
the Colosseum, the ruins of Pompeii, Olympia—site
of the first Olympic Games, the theater of Epidarus,
Corinth, Athens, the Acropolis, Delphi, and a 4-day
island cruise to Mykonos, Patmos, Rhodes, and Crete.
This sun-drenched tour of the Classical world promises
to be a fantastic end to the 2007-2008 school year.
The cost of this tour for students is $2832; for adults
23 and over, $3447. These prices include roundtrip
airfare from Detroit, all ground transportation, entrance
fees, tour guides, the cruise, and breakfasts and
dinners. While on the cruise, even the lunches are
provided. This is an amazing value and a wonderful
opportunity to travel with your friends from Adrian
College. As an added bonus, students can take ENG
200 Heroes, Monsters, and Lovers—The Literature
of Homer, Vergil, and Ovid during Spring 2008, then
visit the places they studied on the tour. This promises
to be the trip of a lifetime.
