ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING FIRM has immediate opening for an entry-level (0-3 years experience) Project Scientist for a part-time (20-30 hours a week) position possibly leading to a full-time (40-hours a week) salaried position.

Following necessary training and orientation, this project professional will be responsible for soil and ground water sampling activities, technical report writing, drafting duties, regulatory research, preparation of spill and storm water plans, and participation in environmental investigation and cleanup projects as a part of a project team.

Excellent opportunity to grow within the Firm as experience and responsibilities grow.

Hourly pay or salary based on level of experience.

Position Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Sciences, Geology, Biology, or Chemistry preferred

· Field and office activities

· Some travel
