When is my bill available?
Go to: Bill Payment, Due Dates, and Payment Plans. Accounts can be viewed throughout the semester on the student data base under transaction history. All statements will be e-statements to the student Adrian College email.
Will I receive a paper statement?
No. Adrian College is Going Green. You will receive e-statements to the student Adrian College email address. It is the student’s responsibility to add as many email address as needed.
This statement will give you all transactions that have been applied to your account within the month. There may be charges on this e-statement that are in addition to the budget for your monthly payments. Judicial charges, parking tickets, library fines, housing damages, etc., housing and/or meal plan upgrades, specific course fees, and health service charges are examples of such additional fees that could be incurred after you establish your budget with ECSI online. Please make sure you adjust your budget, and the remaining monthly budget payments, with ECSI to cover any additional charges and the resulting balance on your Adrian College e-statement. Any such additional charges incurred after your monthly budget has been established with ECSI may be paid by mailing a check directly to Adrian College, or in person at the Student Business Services Center. If you have any questions regarding your account, please contact the Student Business Service Center. The Student Business Service Center will be glad to help you establish or adjust your budget.
What are the benefits of e-statements?
E-statements are timely, you can receive them from anywhere you can access a computer, no mailing delay, no postage to pay, easy to find. You will automatically be signed up for
e-statements. If you need to opt out of the e-statements, you will need to contact come into the Student Business Service Center and request this. This must be done by the student.
What are the benefits of paying on line?
Hassle free paying, automated payments, user friendly and open 24/7/365, saves time, access your bill from any computer with internet access.
How do I pay my bill?

What is charged to my tuition account?
Tuition, course fees, computing fees, student voted fees, on campus housing charges, meals, other miscellaneous fines, and fees such as late fees, housing damage fines, etc.

Can I get a e-statement mailed to my parents?
If your parents do not have access to a computer, you may come into the Student Business Service Center and request an e-statement be sent. You can view your account by logging on to the student database under Transaction History. You can change your address by going to https://www.ecsi.net/adrian.
What if financial aid is missing from my statement?
Contact the Financial Aid Office at 517-265-5161, x4306 or finaid@adrian.edu.
What happens if I incur additional charges?
You can access your bill online and pay anytime.
What happens if there’s an adjustment on my account after I receive a refund?
If you are issued a refund disbursement from your student account, your Financial Aid Award changes or if any charges are applied to your account after your refund, you are responsible for the balance due to Adrian College. If you believe the amount of your refund is different than you expected, please let us know. If you are issued a refund and then choose to send back loan money, your account will be charged the amount being sent back.
May I charge my books to my tuition account?
No. Unless you have a scholarship that is sent to the college just for books, you will not be permitted to charge books.
