Mindy Dygert MacDonald, ‘74. After graduation from Adrian College, Mindy Dygert MacDonald, ’74, taught for 10 years in Angola, Indiana. In 1984 she married Paul MacDonald, moved back to Adrian, and taught Spanish at Morenci High School for the next 16 years. After retiring from teaching in the public schools in 2000, she began teaching part-time at Adrian College. She usually teaches one or two Spanish classes during the fall semester each year, although at different times she has supervised associate teachers and taught an occasional class in the Education Department. Two years ago, she and Paul bought a small house in Florida where they spend the winter months. They enjoy playing golf, traveling, and spending time with their two grandchildren.
