Picture Yourself at Adrian!
Want to submit your photos for our "Picture Yourself at Adrian" series? Do you have tons of digital photos just sitting on your computer? Want to bring more awareness to your student organization on campus? Well, here's your chance to get your photos on the Adrian College homepage!

The Adrian College Public Relations Office is looking for high quality photos of life at Adrian. Submitted photos will be placed on the homepage and archived on the "Picture Yourself at Adrian" page. Photos can pertain to, but are not limited to: student organization events, athletics, school spirit, students hanging out in residence halls, students at the student center, dining hall, library, etc. Please follow these guidelines when submitting photos:

• High quality, high resolution photos. Photos should be in focus.
• All submissions must be digital.
• Photos should display some aspect of your life as an Adrian College student.
• All photographs will be reviewed and must be appropriate for posting on an educational website. Obscene, provocative, or otherwise questionable content will not be considered.
• If possible, please include a brief caption of the photo, who is in the picture, who took the picture, and who submitted the photo.

To submit your photos, please email them to Adrian College's Web Content Editor, Janet Creque, at jcreque@adrian.edu. By submitting your photos you agree to the Photo Submission Policy below.

PHOTO SUBMISSION POLICY:

The Adrian College Public Relations Office reserves the right to reject any photo sent to us without giving a reason. Inappropriate photos or pictures with inaccurate information will be rejected without notice. Submitting a photo doesn't guarantee its publication.

We reserve the right to edit photos - eg. to bring more focus on the individuals and less on the location where it was taken.

You must hold the copyright, or have the copyright holder's permission to submit the photo.

Photographers retain the copyright to their photographs. By submitting a photograph, photographers agree to have their photograph displayed on the Adrian.edu website without any fee or other form of compensation, and agree that Adrian.edu may make and retain copies of the photograph for archival purposes, and may be included in future publications or used for promotional purposes of Adrian College. Adrian.edu retains the discretion to disqualify any photograph and discontinue use of the photograph. Adrian.edu reserves the right to deny any photograph submission that is believed not to be the original work of the entrant, or does not otherwise meet the photo guidelines, or for any other reason in its sole discretion.

By submitting your photograph, you agree to release and hold harmless Adrian College and any of its students, faculty, and staff from any and all damages, injuries, claims, causes of actions, or losses of any kind resulting from your submission, including infringement of intellectual property rights. Adrian College and any of its students, faculty, and staff assume no responsibility or liability for any damages, injuries, claims, causes of actions, or losses of any kind arising in whole or in part from this submission.
