DESCRIPTION
OF EVENT:
Started in 2008, this program works
with faculty going into their second
year at Adrian College. Focus on key
aspects of teaching effectiveness;
academic advising and balancing research
are topics of interest. A session
on preparing portfolios for review
is included.
PARTICIPANTS:
All full and half-time faculty entering their
second year.
