Wood Kiln
Adrian College's advanced ceramics students construct the new wood kiln. The Wood Kiln makes Adrian's Ceramics Program one of the most equiped in the state and region. The Wood Kiln was built through the generosity of alumni Jane Castle, Tom Boldt, Ann and Howie Vreeland. They will be honored at a pig roast (yes, in the kiln itself) Homecoming weekend. Adrian College also has a salt kiln and two updraft gas kilns along with 2 raku kilns, primitive fire area, mutiple electric kilns, and individual work spaces for upper level students.
