Note-taker

Students are hired to take complete, concise notes in a class they're already taking. These notes will be used by students who have a disability. Contact Danielle Ward for information.

Peer Tutor

Peer tutors are students who have excelled in particular courses and who have been recommended by a faculty member. Peer tutors usually work 1-4 hours a week. Tutors are required to have a formal interview and attend paid training sessions before beginning tutoring. This is not a work-study position, so there is no limit of hours. Contact Patricia Gray for information.

Office Worker

Office workers must be work-study qualified. Their particular duties include those of any office position including typing, filing, answering the phone and other reception duties. Office workers work according to their particular class schedule. Contact Leticia Fox for information.

America Learns Tutor

Federal work-study tutors and volunteer tutors are placed in Adrian elementary schools to help children improve their reading and math skills. Contact Joanne Nalepka for information.
