The Quad

Powell, Stevens, Feeman, and Davis Residence Halls

Each residence hall at Adrian is a purposefully designed environment to foster community living at its best. Each hall has its own television lounge, laundry facilities, kitchen, comfortably furnished lounge and recreation areas. A variety of living options are available. All residence halls are tobacco free. Contact the Office of Residence Life for details on living options.

Powell Hall is a co-ed residence hall located in the Quad and is closest to Ritchie Marketplace Dining Hall. The rooms in Powell are spacious, offering wheelchair accessibility to the first floor. Residents of Powell often spend their free time in the lobby relaxing, doing homework and/or socializing in this vibrant community.

Stevens Hall is an all female residence hall in the Quad, located closest to College View apartments and adjacent to the all male hall. Stevens is a fun place to live and offers a quality, educational learning environment.

Feeman Hall is an all male residence hall in the Quad located on the corner of Madison and Michigan. Rooms in the Quad residence halls, including Davis, Powell, Feeman, and Stevens, are somewhat larger than rooms in other halls. The atmosphere in the hall is very positive and welcoming and is well suited for any personality type.

Davis Hall is the largest hall in the Quad housing. Davis is a co-ed hall. Davis will remain open during break periods for the convenience of students who need to stay on campus during breaks, including international students, safety officers and winter athletes.
